"On the night of the National Remembrance Day after the 9/11 tragedies, my fellow Falun Dafa practitioners and I held a candlelight vigil in Seattle.  We displayed a sign with the words, ‘Our world needs peace.  All people need Truth, Compassion, and Tolerance.’ ... August 25th to September 26th of Year 2001, about 6 Washington state Falun Gong practitioners walked from Seattle to San Francisco as part of the earth walk effort conducted by Falun Gong practitioners world wide.  The earth walk was aimed to rescue Dr. Shunyan Teng, a U.S. permanent resident who was jailed in China due to her practice of Falun Gong.  Along the way, more practitioners joined from Oregon and California.  Upon arrival at San Francisco...
