| Minghui School of Seattle is a brand new Chinese school located in the International district of Seattle, Washington. The goal of the school is to teach the students how to behave according to the universal principles of - Truth, Compassion, & Tolerance. In class, the students learn many subjects including Chinese languages, Falun Gong exercises, and arts & crafts. The students are between the ages of 3 to 17 years old. Falun Gong practitioners teach this voluntary program, and the cost is free. |

Minghui school takes place every Saturday morning from 10:00am to 12:45pm. Chinese character readings and writings are taught at the 1st session, from 10:00am to 11:20am. The students learn more than 10 most commonly used Chinese characters every week. Many of the students mainly speak English and Cantonese. The opportunity to learn Mandarin and Chinese writing is an intriguing experience that will definitely help the students in their future. |

With more than 30 years of teaching Chinese to children, she knows
what¡¯s best for her students.
After learning how to read and write more than 10 Chinese characters followed by the snack time, what could possibly be next? Yes that¡¯s right, it¡¯s the wonderful Falun Gong exercises taught during the 2nd session, at 11:30am! The students enjoy performing the exercises and learn them attentively. |
